It looks to me like the kid that ate glass was perfectly willing to face plant into a light bulb or he would have been struggling. Also, I'm pretty sure he would have had his eyes closed. I'm not sayin he could have not have gotten glass in his eyes, but it's not that likely. This isn't as stupid as the guy that lit a firecracker in his mouth.
