Seriously. Why would you let your 3-4 year old child walk around in a gas station? Then go, "oh my god! maniacs almost ran over my child!". While the mother will probably do stuff like this many-a-times before this child knows what is safe.

this is something you always wonder isn't it, if you lay down and a car went over you like that would you survive. The mother shouldn't be allowed to look after a kid.
