ricers piss me off. If you wanna take a brand new, or relatively new, excellent quality car... ESPECIALLY a Volkswagen, which are probably some of the best cars you can buy.... and screw them over so badly that even deaf people would wear earplugs.... give the damn car to me, and get yourself an old beat up PoS-mobile to torture. Least then everybody you pass on the freeway won't want to follow you home, wait till you go inside, sneak up behind your car, and stomp really hard on the muffler until it's on the ground.

What's even more funny is when the mufflers and even sometimes the entire exhaust system looks like it's not even meant for the car it's on... and you can see the entire setup bouncing around as if someone fastened it with rubber bands.

and the wings are pretty ridiculous too. Never thought about the whole traction part though... but seriously, unless you're going about 120mph on a daily basis, it's just a waste of money to make your car look like something that a race car designer wiped his a** with.

Dozor: you talkin about the things that make the little tweaking noise every time they shift? if so... yeah... they suck too. It's like they think their car is so fast that they actually have to make it seem like it's one that was in the fast and the furious. Yeah.... Your car may sound like them, and make interestingly stupid sounds when you shift.... but my mom's stock '01 6-speed Trans-Am could probably beat the crap out of it in 5th gear.

The Answer: yea..... wings provide downforce to help with traction. what the hell else would it help with, slicing a tomato?

and didn't i say "makes a tweaking sound every time they shift?"..... coulda swore that's what i said. and you said that it blows air out of the turbo every time they shift..... which.... would basically be a tweaked kinda sound... WHEN THEY SHIFT! Dee dee dee.
