"If I can do something out of the ordinary, let's say climb a flag pole with my legs only, would it make me smart?"

Hey Buddy. Theres a difference between a Human doing that and an animal. An animal doesn't have the kind of the brain the human does.

So let me ask you this...you wouldn't be surprise if your pig started talking to you in English, just because you can do that, that doesn't make the pig smart? Laugh out Loud.

I have a pet pig, but it has issues with its identity, it thinks its a dog.

The animal isn't smart, it's the trainer who spent time training that little piggy. They tought you how to train even the small brain animals such as birds or rats to do many tricks with "treats", just as shitmanfu said (I know about this from a psychology class).

Uifz, I think you missed my point... And yes, of course I'd be supprised if a pig started talking to me, but then again I don't think a pig even can talk in the same way without altering its vocalchords. But as I said, it takes independant thinking in my book, not training from the day I was born.

Nefarious: Of course I'm jealous, that pig is probably delicous, tender and ready to eat. Put an apple in its mouth and give me the sucker.
