cant beat metal storm
with metal storm the gun cant jam, and metal storm has a way higher rate of fire but its still a growing technology

From what I know about guns, those kinds of gun don't really jam. The fully automatic firing system is driven by a motor ( in contrast with the firing system used in for example the AK 47 that uses the expanding gasses from the previous round to drive the mechanism ) that will continue running as long as it has power. If misfire occurs in one of these guns the shell will be simply ejected and a new one loaded. If the round gets stuck ( due to low quality ammo ) and fails to eject upon firing you may have a problem, if the gun's mechanism is designed to forcefully eject the round prior to loading the following round, you probably don't have a problem. If not you do have a problem. If a bullet gets lodged in the barrel you may get lucky and it will be ejected by the following round, if not, your in trouble.
