Coolest concert moment was at a Satch concert actually. Was my birthday and I was front row. He was throwin' guitar picks to the crowd and I didn't get one. I yelled "FUCK!" (cause I wanted one). He looks at me and said "What??" I told him I didn't get one and he threw one at me. That was the Crystal Planet tour. To most, it means nothing, to me, as a musician it meant the world.

I've been lucky enough to see Satch twice in concert. Once for his Crystal Planet tour and the other was for his Strange Beautiful Music tour. I've been really into his stuff since I was in 6th grade. I have a signed pic and CD from him.

IMHO, "The Extremist" was probably his best album. To this day, I still once in a while blast this song in my ride as I tear down the freeway with the windows down. (Boooooo....no ragtop.)

Satch is amazing...i saw him during the Crystal Planet Tour years ago when he came through So.FL before he headed out to the G3 tour...my dad got me hooked on him when "Surfing With The Alien" first came out...simply amazing
