faaaaaaaaaaaties. I wish fat people would at least acknowledge the fact that they're fat and not wear really skimpy clothes that make me wanna puke from seeing their fat rolls. That and actually try to exercise, some people you can tell just aren't trying when they say they are, 5 crunches every week won't cut it kiddos... And I laugh when people lie/don't tell their weight...

Interesting motivational speech, but i do recommend you go down to about a 12 so at least you could wear normal clothes. Loosing weight is good for anyone fat specially from a medical point of view.

when i was in high school i weighed 245 lbs and i played 4 sports a year from 7th grade on.. i was considered fat..but i still ran fater than most people in the USA .. i was running cross country and playing soccer and "track and field"..i ran 100 meter dasgh in just under 12 seconds.. and if you tell me that is slow then you need to get on the Olympic team because that is only 1~1.5 seconds off the olypic runners... so next time you see a fat dude don't underestemate them.. chances are they are in better shape than you think..

I disagree with most of what she said. She has a few good points, mainly, don't avoid the gym because you think you're too fat.

People at the gym enjoy seeing fat people there. No one will look down upon you and most will be very supportive because you're one of the few that decided to stop being a lazy bastard and exercise.
