History tends to repeat itself. remember the ancient greek philosophers theorized that the universe is made of fire, water, wind and earth?

I'm not saying the standard model is wrong. But maybe we're at a place where we just have not yet developed the tools which enable us to look at the problem in its true form much similar to ancient greeks when they tried to answer the fundamental questions of their time.

freaking awesome. I love this stuff. Somebody should upload "what the bleep do we know?" Its a bunch of the quantum mechanics stuff like this, including explanations of why we feel emotions and why we age.

blaqsparrow; that film has a fair bit of bollocks in it though. They say that native americans couldn't see christopher columbus approaching. There minds couldn't comprehend what ships were so there brains blocked it out. Then the local shaman notices an approaching wave in the distance which he ponders..... A FLEET OF SHIPS!
