You can stop by any Barnes and Nobles or any similar type of shops and ask for Canon in D , I have not seen/heard played anything other than standard grand piano , but I never really looked for it either ...

Jerry C. had composed that song...even the background music of this modified version. This dude had just played a cover of it. Not as good, but a very good attempt. I had enjoyed hearing and watching this just as much as Jerry's original version.

I have the background music to this song, as well as Jerry C.'s video and his tabulature of this song.
