"be scared terroriests...be scared"

Amazing spelling aside, do you live in a fantasy world where terrorists congregate such that they can be shot with guns like this?

You're confusing terrorists and insurgents. They are two different things.

Its a Minigun..AKA "puff the magic dragon"

From the Wiki..

A minigun is a multibarreled machine gun with a high rate of fire (several thousand rounds per minute), employing Gatling-style rotating barrels. More technically, a minigun is an externally powered Gatling gun of rifle caliber, though the term is sometimes used more generally to refer to guns of similar rates of fire and configuration regardless of power source. Although the term was originally specific to a particular weapon produced by General Electric, it has since been applied to a number of other weapons, many of which were derived from that design. The "mini" of the name is in comparison to designs that use a similar firing mechanism but 20 mm or larger shells, such as General Electric's earlier M61 Vulcan.

When I was in the USMC we strapped me up with a mattress and a 4inch steel plate and shot one round into it... No video can ever show the real power of one of these guns! They are MASSIVE!

Well this really is not a gatling gun you see the original gatling gun fired much slower and was operated by a hand crank this gun is a GE mini gun powered by an electric motor and fires over 3,000+ rounds per minute whereas a gatling gun only fired around 300 or so
