bruneo, first of all, Just For Laughs Gags are filmed in Montreal. As it's a Canadian comedy festival. If this was filmed elsewhere, then it goes against my common sense.

Secondly, it's a gag. Those aren't real cops.

yea but the structure has to be one that the participants think that this could actually happen.

In America, I wouldn't for a second think it was legitimate. doesnt make any sense for several reasons. the clip is kinda funny to see them squirm, but its not a very reasonable premise.
At least not in the States. Thats why I asked about foreign policies.
