Yep he's whiny, but that doesn't change the fact he's right. Religion needs to GO AWAY. And I'm not only talking about organized religion like the Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, and Buddhists and their arbitrary rules, multi-million dollar churches, and jewel encrusted clothing, but also the personal delusions propagated by religion like "enlightenment" and "becoming one with God/the universe". The world would be a much finer and simpler place if we could let all this crap go the way of the dodo.

I think the world would be a better place if everyone would just learn tolerance and respect for each other. That means you too, atheists. That doesn't suddenly appear if religion vanishes. People hate people for a variety of reasons, not just for which God you worship (or with some of you, that you worship a God at all).

I think you need to get your statistics from somewhere other than the 'god' channel. You also need to visit europe and ask where the nearest church is. I assure you the person you ask will laugh in your face.

You also take the pathetic stance of X number of people can't be wrong. That is simply not how science is done I'm afraid. People don't go into labs and say let's get a higher % of scientists to believe we can cure AIDS than those who don't and a cure suddenly appears.
