Fleeing Suspect & Girlfriend Wreck Bike

I still think cops should carry jump spatulas for situations like this. Just scrape the suspect up and put him in the cruiser.

If that woman was hurt, it is the cop's fault. He should have stopped chasing them when he realized how frightened the woman was on the back of the bike, especially if he was concerned about a "potential catastrophe". What's worse is he starts hurling obscenities at the guy on the motorcycle when he jumps out of the car. Bastard cops like this care nothing about anything except the glory of getting onto "Cops" on TV. This makes me sick.

"I knew this chase wasn't going to last long" In other words he, the POLICE (protector of the innocent) just said I knew that an innocent person was going to be injured b/c no motorcycle chase ends up clean.

To make this even worse is what he was chasing them for...no helmets. just a fine...but hell lets encourage the rider to go even faster since they don't have protective gear.

Did the cop know he had a suspended license? No he didn't... Imagine that this guy was a escaped convict, or had a warrant out for murder and they find out he let him go simply because they were no a motorcycle and didn't want anyone hurt. Don't blame the cop for this moron going 120 on a motorcycle. Don't blame the cop that the driver is willing to put his girlfriend in that position. The couple stops at one point, and she could have easily gotten off. But she didn't.

You sure are fast to play the worst case scenario bullshit like so many do (fuck I hate it when people play that card) Yeah, right, he could have been a rapist, a murderer, a serial murderer, a psychotic serial murderer who raped the corpses of his dead victims, BUT, chances are he wasn't. Chances are if you chase a couple on a bike, the couple are going to get fucked up. Now I don't know what the truth actually was with the chick, but the fact that the cop himself said she look terrified and therefore assumed she was innocent in the matter, that should have had him take responsibility for her, as the rider of the bike sure the hell wasn't at that point. C'mon! motorbikes going over a 100mph on a dusty old road!?! That was an accident waiting to happen. The cop should have called it off the moment he thought she was innocent and that they would crash. Benefit of the doubt, but then... cops never doubt anyone is a criminal.

So quick to blame the Police. When they call of the chase like so many of you want. The guy murders the girl on the back because she threatens to tell the police and then you'll blame the cops for not doing enough to catch the guy earlier in the day. Its a no win situation with you people.

Only one person to blame in this video... the driver of the motorcycle. He cared about only himself... He alone put all the other people on the road in danger. And especially the woman on the back. Guy deserves to be put in jail for more than a year.
