Tuesday night at Yankee stadium, Scott Harper jumped forty feet from the upper deck into the netting below. Scott told his friends that he wanted to see if the net would hold him.
After jumping, he climbed back to the middle seats where he was taken into custody by security. Later, he was carried away on a stretcher from the ballpark to the Lincoln Medical Center.

He has been charged with trespassing, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and other violations. "That was the only exciting thing that happened today," Yankees owner George Steinbrenner said.
