This is a video of a person who takes her very first skydive jump using the AAF method. AFF stands for "Accelerated Free Fall" and is a method to teach people to skydive. It follows 7 jumps in which the stundent has to perform several manouvres while falling, different manouvres on each level. In the first level, as seen in the video, the student is balanced by two instructors. The student must perform a pulling motion and check the altimeter to demonstrate she is able to pull it on her own.
If you ever plan on learning how to skydive, this is probably how your first jump will look like.
Also take notice at the cesna plane descending at the same speed and circling the skydivers several times.
