some dude keeps posting rush clips on here, and there are invariably dudes who are like "neil peart is the best drummer of all time" and i just have to laugh....some of rich's other stuff (some posted here) is much better, but still, he'd blow away peart with one arm...

I have never heard of that guy in my life, but this is 1917 and i have just witnessed some amazing stuff right there. Dam, i wish i was 20 in 1972, what does our generation have? think about it, in the 60/70's life was great, music, great events, chilled out life, hippies, etc... What do we say to our kids for this generation? O yeah like music wasnt bad (best was probably early 1990's techno/electronic scene), some chilled out times and o yeah and the most retarded president of america of all time (sorry to bring up more politics, but seriously its all i ever see these days. Everywhere.)

I can do that on a single drum... but... um... that's not exactly the same thing :P

I've never had much luck on a drum set, even with over 10 years of experience with percussion. Precision single-drum stuff, fine... but put more then one drum in front of me and I crash and burn.
