I hate people who think they have to haggle for everything. I wonder if when they receive medical care they are like, how much to fix the arm... too expensive!!! give me discount!
Why should these people get a discount, what makes them different from anyone else. the price says a certain amount, that's what it costs, get your wallet out and cough it up. If you don't have the cash, don't bother.
