Like three cops can't control one drunk chick. Just throw her ass on the ground and carry her out. All she did was complain a bit - nothing that merits the use of a tazer.

FYI that shit can kill you. 2 high-school kids in Vallejo, CA died last year from being tazered.

Control through torture, if you aren't a cop don't you get arrested for toruting someone? Besides why don't they warn people they are going to use them wtf. I've been seeing more and more videos lately where they don't warn people at all about zapping them.

You're the same idiot that would say when someone goes nuts and the cops have to shoot them, why didn't they just use the tazer. Or if the cops did throw her on the ground you'd be saying that's police brutality! With people like you it's a no win situation!!! Chin up =)

When a cop grabs someone they could do anything. They can gouge their eyes, pull hair, fishook them or bite. They could also pull a pocket knife or just slash with a set of keys. Women often do this because they think they're above being controlled by a police officer. For the safety of the cop they use the tazer. If you don't like to be tazed, don't resist the police.

In countries like America, Canada or England cops are actually pretty good. Don't let counter culture and a few bad apples make you believe that all cops are all corrupt or out for blood.

Did that look painful? Yes. Do I feel bad for her? No.
