The tow trucks in Tel Aviv are far better.They pick up a car with a device like a fork truck ( never mind the exhaust )in about 20 seconds they are on their way!

I'd be SO pissed if that was my car.

I mean, imagine all the damage that causes to the car's chassis and interior roof. And the back of the car bumped and rubbed against the truck probably scratching the paint.

that was in japan, more specifically, on the okinawa island on one of the United States Military bases there. I think i know which one, butnot totally sure.
