I don't think there was anybody in that car and everyone had gotten clear, just making sure noone got hit by any debris or flying car parts.

it might not be the FedEx drivers falt, or at least not ALL his. the car in frunt of him(the red one that gets smashed between him and the cop)was most likly the one to not slow down tell its to late....

That video is confusing. In one shot, the officer's car is facing the same direction as traffic, then suddenly it's against traffic? Something else happen that we didn't see?
