This is a video demo of the first prototype of RuBot. This is a Rubik's cube solving robot from Dublin, Ireland. You can just about make out the web cam on the left of the video. It really works and can solve the cube usually in about 20 moves and can take 15 minutes so just to make the video short, I didn't mix the cube too hard for this solve and omitted the scan sequence. The website is now defunct; I might put another one on if there is enough comments. I have just started the second prototype which will be pneumatically controlled rather than servos.
