Depends on the design of the table some tablets are designed to be dissolved in the stomach whist others in the intestines. So the dissolved before they can mix.

^Go wipe your ass. Bombs usually have at least one property of them...they explode or emanate from enclosures or narrow passages rapidly...this was just some meth dealer who stumbled upon a new way to get him evicted from his trailer park.

maybe if you put it in a sealed enclosure and then plant it where someone will step on it or otherwise break the enclosure the smell will be released. thus making it a bomb....

Well...valerian root, which is the substance that Valium comes from, DOES smell like a dirty sock. The capsules are used as a mild sedative to help you sleep at night. Not sure about the vinegar reaction, but I can confirm that the Valerian root itself is MIGHTY stinky right from the bottle.
