Bubbles like that are created whenever you put a bubble bath solution and activate the jetstream massagers. This might of been a little more concentrated.

I did this many years ago at a local mall, filled all 6 of their fountians with bubbles... all with bubblebath bought at the local dollar store.

Since I did this in the early morning, security didnt know what to do...

They ended up roping areas off for awhile... then they added the solution to destroy my beautiful bubbles...

The whole mall smelled like bubblegum.
