Fox = insurgent. Bear = America. fox will annoy the bear but that is all it can do. Bear gets annoyed and it will trash the fox domain eats its babies then make a bitch out of the fox. Annoying fox, brave fox, cunning fox, but in the end it is just a puny but annoying fox.

There were probably fox cubs around somewhere...That may have been Momma Fox trying to lead the bear away.
I cant imagine any other reason for such a crazy thing for the little fox to do
