So what happens to the guys who try to get out with the merchandise? Or am I misunderstanding something? Either way, that is unbelievably 'ballsy'.

Edit: What I mean is didn't someone see them leave without going to a register (and if they saw them, they would've seen the fake employee). And did they tell everyone they were stealing or did they just pay it for them?

There is no way they could do this in the USA. 1st, they would never make it in the store with a duffle bag, and 2nd, we have too many security cameras in all stores. They would of been caught in the 1st 5 minutes or less.

There's loads of security cams in the UK too which is why this is hard to believe, even though this program is legit.

Shows like this scare me because the help fuel the mind of the criminal type. Anyway... I know the show is real and all... but still... how did no one notice him taking the register back out?

that takes some titanium, bullet proof balls to do. Best time to do this is boxing day, because they hire alot of people, and you cant expect the employees to know everyone in one day.

What about bag checks at the door? Iv seen old grannys get there handbags checked i doubt they will let a guy with a big bag like that get out without having a look.

You would have sprint out the door and hope no security follows you or have somone create some kind of distraction.
