Mo'Fyah, if you read the wikipedia article, you would know he doesn't have permission to use that song. He didn't just sample it, he copied it.

I really don't understand the people who support stealing someone else's work, and playing it off as their own, and then making money from it. You can't tell me that you would be cool with someone stealing YOUR HARD WORK, and taking credit for it. You'd have to be the biggest pushover, and have no self-respect whatsoever to allow someone to profit off YOUR work.

Personally I hope we find Timbaland in court, having to pay off the ORIGINAL musicians for his obvious plagiarism, for pretty much everything he made off it. It's not his work, and he didn't get permission. I really hope his record sales go down too. You can't support this kind of person, it'll just make it all the more likely he'll do it again, and probably get away with it.
