^^Gregp is right, it's "Ninja Warrior"....at least that's what they translate the show over to here in the States. And, those guys aren't real ninjas, they're just every day guys that are total badasses. The Japanese firemen usually do very well in this competition.

The guy you are watching is a fisherman by trade.
