Um... the majority of anger and outrage in america is against other nations, friend and foe alike, from the misdirected conductors of the government/military propaganda machine.

It's amazing how well that works when you blend uber patriotism with brainwashing. The result is a maliable population that is any tyrannical leaders wet dream.

Or don't you see it that way?

Henry Rollins gets my respect as he is well versed in the issues and says what many are feeling, but too scared to let their voice be heard. Not only that but he was in Jackass in the "Tattoo Dune Buggy" bit...this dude is crazy!

William Shatner released an album called "Has Been" that was produced by Ben Folds. Henry Rollins did a song with Shatner...it was funny as hell. What channel does this show come on? I've never heard of it.

This reminder about the (go ahead, sound it out) in ev ih tah bull, is depressing.

Of course what I am about to say is ignorant because I don't have any real facts to back it up - BUT - what I would say is that it's pretty obvious that something as powerful as the internet MUST be controlled by the most powerful. Unfortunately that is the US.

I say unfortunately because EVERYONE will lose. Other countries will be effected because the US is in bed (financially) with almost all countries, so they will be directly or indirectly be effected.

What make it worse for Americans is that our Government, who WILL pull this off because they can, will once again provide another reason for the rest of the world to dislike Americans.

It's all so sad. More reasons to hate us, and no where to express it.

This isn't about Net Neutrality at all, Net Neutrality is about sharing the ownership of the internet with countries outside the US. In very layman terms.
