"That idiot inhaled something that had FLUORIDE in it?

Idiotic."

You have no knowledge of the basic principles of CHEMISTRY?

Idiotic.

This gas, allthough non-toxic, is one of the most potent greenhouse gases on record. About 20,000x worse than carbon dioxide, but not as abundant or prevalent in our atmosphere.

That is, if you believe all that scientificly based fact bullshit. ;p

You've got it all wrong.. It's not the supher or the floride that makes this toxic, it's the Hex they put on it!! It's not chemistry, it's WitchCraft.. Burn them, burn them they made something float in mid air!

to all those people who think oh sulphur + flouride = toxic!

think of other things. Sodium (explodes in contact with water) + Chlorine (turns water into acid) add these together and you get salt.

Wouldn't the SF6 (Sulfur Hexafluoride) mix with your blood, as does oxygen, and technically make you heavier?

^ i don't think the respiration cells in your lungs will allow SF/6 to pass through in your blood system. but when you hold it in your lungs, it will ofcourse make you heavier.

I don't recommend people do this. Could you die from it? No...but if you took a couple hits you could start to feel signs of hypoxia because of the displacement of oxygen. The gas is actually very stable, and doesn't diffuse very well into the blood stream...it just "takes up space" in the lungs.

The "thickness" of the gas impacts the speed of sound travelling through it, hence the different vocal pattern. I've done dry dives in a hyperbaric chamber to 180 feet and had similar effects with the higher atmospheric pressure.

Would u get the same effect if u use helium and stand upsidedown?
Gonna try that someday :)
