ok heres a rundown

Gluttony - Keep eating or drinking til you puke.
Wrath - Attack that guy in the pub.
Pride - Win the daily male competiton.
Sloth - Sleep when you aren't drunk or tired.
Greed - Accept the the money to fire your colleague off the evil boss.
Envy - Beat that naturist in the woods to the left and get his binoculars then use them by the mansion and get jealous!
Lust - Choose a girl and get to here liking , raising your lustometer at the top . Then give her gifts and ask her how she is.
