This isnt just a history of cannabis sativa, but of all cannabis. Weed is split into two categories, sativa and indica. Most of the weed you smoke now, like chronic, is a mixture of the two. The sativa is responsible for the head high, while the indica causes the body high. Kush is predominatly indica which is why you feel so lazy after smoking it.

It is crazy that we do not use this plant to full effect.

Cannabis Sativa can be used widely, from making protein rich seed based gruel to an extremely efficiently burning ethanol.

More money is needed to research this, not more of the same ANSLINGER rhetoric about the evils of MARIJUANA and further prohibition.

Clothes, Fuel, Rope, plastic-like panels lighter and stronger than metal, FOOD, Drinks, Medacine, hangover reducer, appetite enhancer, farmers have not found a better way to prepare soil for the next year than using a marijuana crop. Good thing alcohol doesn;t have that many productive ways of use or it would be illagal also.
