Apollo the diffrence isnt large but a roundhouse kick can be done pretty much anyway you want, a hook/heel kick is done with...the heel :P

Im a second degree blackbelt in taekwondo, and not trying to sound like a jerk or anything but i dont remember them teaching us to fall, none the less though, amazing kick, i couldnt have done that better myself.
