Big Brother / V for vendatta / matrix type of goverment where police i mean PIGS abuse there powers and mess with people for no reason sometimes people don't have ins on there cars because they can't afford the high rates you (_+_) holes or there cars don't pass there edm test and they can't get a new one or get theres fixed but they don't care aslong as the gov gets its cut of money from registering cars / state insp money each year
