This one was not as good as the last one. I thought the wheels on this Bugatti were poorly done (especially after seeing the photo that s/he was working from).

its not the original MS Paint God. the other guy shaded with other lines of lighter or darker color, this guy uses the freaking spray paint tool.

and at the end, he puts his logos on the screen, there isnt one for PixelGod.net

This IS a tracing.

Right at the start, and at various points you can see a grey lined image of the Veyron which he goes over in black.

And the thing about the grey lined image is it contains "lines" that aren't important - and the reason they're there at all is because it is quite hard to distinguish which lines are significant or not when you're tracing from a 'natural' photo. This is especially so when zoomed in (which you need to do to get an accurate tracing).

For those saying it's a tracing, you've definitely not seen the first part where he draws the gray parts himself. But yeah, this doesn't seem like the ORIGINAL MS Paint God because of the lack of the use of the PixelGod.net logo and the whole car itself doesn't look nearly as great as the first one. But I couldn't say anything as I can't come any close to that.

First off, this is how CG artists work. Getting a basic image down and redoing the lines in a paint-like program and then the color is added. Not many pieces of art aren't done without a basic image layout. MS Paint also leaves a unique style to it, that's likely why he chose to use MS Paint. I myself prefer PS, but you really can't beat the classics.
