his brain should be studied to better learn how a working brain works with things like memory. One of the best ways to learn how something works is to see what it does differently when it doesn't work. We still know very little about where and how the brain stores and recalls memory. A case such as this is very rare and studying such cases could lead to breakthroughs in the medical field.
