i assume that the bulldozer ran out of gas or it just simply died the people there clearly should have told the police to clear the path and hundle the traffic away fromt the area then i would assume that they would pull the bulldozer out how you might say not like this..

Why does EVERY PIECE OF EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENT, whether it be on the news or the internet, or wherever the fuck you want, get called a bulldozer. That thing is a roller/road compacter, the term bulldozer is actually the BLADE that gets put on a Dozer (big thing with tracks that pushs shit, usually dirt or the like).

Probably some noob working the crane...and I'm guessing the lift was illegal to begin with (meaning the area should have been cleared first, both of cars and all the extra people).
