if i had a ton of money, i would throw it all to the people that need it. i would gladly pay millions of dollars for that feeling, making someone happy? making lots of people happy? hell yea. in a heartbeat.

I'm a student too, i live in a small room that i rent for a (for europe) considerably low price. I don't even HAVE 1700$. in fact, I don't even have 100$ at the moment !

anyway i like the motive - but the money could've been spent in a much better way, I guess.

Agree with mrluket here,very refreshing! I just hope that goes to a deserving kid,one that doesn't get many treats,or maybe a shelter for kids i dunno, i'd just hate it if a rich family got there hands on this bargain!

This has nothing to do with christmas spirit, its just another money making scheme. Quite clever though.

Hey, it's christmass time so I believe he does this out of good will. Though I still think videogames aren't the thing to make unfortunate kids happy. An unlimited subscription to the local foorball-club might be healthier.

@ the same time people are starving to death... you could give like 300 people a warm christmas dinner rather then some spoit teenager a 1700 ps3.

Ill say he's crazy aswell.. use that money and pay for your education.. you deserve it.
