I'm guessing he was parked by that orange car on the right with nose pointed to the right of the pic. He was backing up and turning the car to go upwards in the pic and being an idiot wasn't using his rear view or a common mistake of having it positioned so you cant see the road.

Isn't this a male driver? The first picture shows what MIGHT be a female, but the second one is definately a male. You can't say this one is a female for sure. Also, the guy is a wigger driving a van so I'm willing to bet he wasn't paying attention whatsoever when learning to drive.
