MMX3SE - go read a few books, you fuckin' dildo

There is a sound delay because the jet is flying near sound speed. But not breaking it.. just with a little delay. The plane cannot hold ints integrity that low at speeds over mach 1. And you don't see the clouds around jet as well...

Wr3ck.....hate to break the news to yeah dude , but, MMX3SE is exactly right about the sound probably being off. The sound of the plane's rate of travel relative to that of the plane's own rate of travel is slower, and so wouldn't 'catch up' with the plane so as for the pilot to hear its own noise. However, all sound emitting from the plane when directly overhead of the guys on the ground, or whenever and wherever for that matter, is being emitted at the speed of sound, of course, in all directions, just like how the sun emits light, in all directions. So, the people standing around would have heard the noise just, just after the plane passed overhead, however much time it would take an object to travel the distance of the ground to the plane at about 750miles/hr, or let's say about 1200km/hr.

Hope they had their ears plugged....cause damn that'd be loud.
