why not just put him in a room with only boose and buerittoes for a day, wait until he's piss drunk, then let the cameras roll and make him watch the tape of himself piss his pants.
this guy is clearly a retard and lets the boose do the thinking. lets rearrange him till he's sane (refer to pink floyd - dark side of the moon - track #8)

I should seriously make up punishments for these people....

Ok so he likes doin laundry....hmmm, So we take a bunch of bleach and pour it on him. Then you get about 20 people and pull him up and down a giant washboard that has blades on it for about an hour. Next you shove his ass in the dryer set on full heat and if he makes it through you put that 20c in his face like earlier suggested.
