This guy seems to be taking a page right out of Michael Hedges' book, who was one of the pioneers of this neck-tapping technique. This guy is excellent! I'd like to hear what he'd sound like on a chapman stick....

Nothing unusual really. Everyone has their own style of playing and he prefers tapping than picking the strings. Slapping the guitar is actually pretty common to add some percussion in the sound. What is impressive though is that he plays with his fretting hand over the neck, but still with practice it becomes easy.

Great song too.
