I have been to quarks (err...the the one in Vegas @ the Star Trek Experience). Trust me...it wasn't fun

the whole restaurant was understaffed (2 waiters for the whole place) and we ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get a drnk order. And hour for our food. Wasn't great....
