*spoiler (probably) warning*
If the movie plot is anything like the established plot (spider man animated series, spider man comics, ect...) then most of the movie will involve peter wearing the symbiote (the thing that turns him into venom), it turns him evil, but he defeats it using the bell (symbiotes dont like loud noise). The symbiote then bonds with eddie brock, who will most likley return as venom in spider man 4

The " spiderman in a black get up " from the other trailers IS spider-man. This is the one and only shot of Venom that has been leaked thus far as it's taken from the leaked trailer from Ant Farm that has been around the web for a week or so. http://www.aintitcool.com/node/30671

Hopefully that clears up some confusion, because it seems you think the black costume spidey is in fact venom.
