Dont know the year, but the problem in El Salvador is controling with time, i think that Honduras is worst, and Maras are going to grow if goverments dont rules for the country, cause they just work for interest, World Bank, IMF should we working on solving this problems, not only in political power, influence, their job is to find a way to make people people, not to get dependiendt on the institution. Giving food is not a solution, education is!!
