The boss fight they show briefly at 4:28 is soooooo gay, he keep knocking you into the hole and shit, getting all his health back.

I have many fond memories of playing A Link to the Past on SNES when I was a little kid... hell, my dad even used to play the hell out of it!

ok here goes - of all the games there were ever made, the mario, zelda, and final fantasy series' were all the best. they were part of the best in my past, present, and will be the best in the future, no matter what halo shit or grand theft auto comes out. screw all that stuff man. I remember playing zelda as a kid, and trying out final fantasy. little did I know that final fantasy was going to be my favorite series of all time in the future (now as present). mario was the best when I was a lil kid; zelda as a young adoloscent; final fantasy as a young teen til now. I'm so buying the Wii for christmas with zelda guys

ahhh...good times those were...beat i think....3 of them, have about 6 but never finished the rest. Next game of Zelda coming out, cant wait.

i kinda miss the whole '8-16 bit graphics'....to me, they were like an "interactive storybook" for the most part, you could follow the story visually, yet there was still ALOT of room to use your imagination.
games today take away from that...(and there are some pretty great games coming out today still!!) i even plan on getting a Wii, but i will always revere the originals with the utmost and profound respect.

yeah the originals can never be beat, but the new ones just add more and more to the series
zelda is one of the few game titles that still makes you think today

I remember on "Link's Awakening" when you changed screens, you could press the select button as that happened and you would end up on the opposite side of the next screen... I messed myself up so bad doing that...
