The sad thing is there really are commercials like this.

I forgot the guys name but hes got big glasses and a suit that has question marks glued all over it. He says that if you buy his book (thats like $30) you can learn from it thousands of ways to get free money from the government.

Havnt read or purchased the book but even if it is for real, probably all welfare money at the taxpayers expense.

Collins, the man you were referring to is "Mathew Lesko" I believe. And every bit as annoying and crooked and this little prick depicted in this parody. Back in the day.. 97 I used to get ripped off my ass and this guy actually started to be tolerable.. every morning about 1 or 2am this fucker would come on and brag about how rich he became and how he can help. .Its phony..
