Just using what was shown in that video, you could raise the two sides of the arch, insert the top stone between them, raise that up to the height of the arch using the same method he used to lift the thing up three feet (rock this way, place some wood, rock that way, place some wood), then when it was high enough, just rotate it into place and pull the wood out from under it.

Now he just needs to get an astronomer in there to help him aim the thing so the sun comes through the right arches at the solstices and equinoxes.

Very fascinating and brilliant. I thought for sure he was gonna get some help when I saw the title. Just a fun thing to have in the back yard but he's just gonna use simple raw strength and physics :)
