A TIP: If you get a parking penalty in a car park, do the following to get away with paying the fine...

1. Buy a new ticket from the same car park.
2. Scan it in to your PC.
3. Change the time/money paid so it is after the time you were fined.
4. Print it out.
5. Photocopy it.
6. Send it to the parking authority with a letter saying "the ticket blew off my dashboard, please find copy enclosed".

Money grabbing bastards.

Of course I have never done this myself. A friend told me!
