I can tell you the story of how the Gracies impacted the UFC in less than 3 sentences... here goes. UFC was kick ass, lots of blood, lots of head shots. Then Royce Gracie signed up and started to hold these guys on the ground and made it all boring as shit and i stopped watching for 3 years until Tito Ortiz came along to make it interesting again... Gracies, Grow a Fucken Mustache, and stop trying to get everyone stuck in Missionary posistion above you!

jr what you just said makes no sence as the gracie family were the ones who started the ufc with help from organisers so you are so misinformed royce won the first ufc and if the gracie family were never around all fighting would be stickin to one style even in bruce lees books it had wresting holds in it as he knew you need to be an all round fighter i think if he was still around he would be very proud how martial arts have envolved he was the first to say you can benifit from cross training
