Err, sorry, the surrounding area I'm standing on (the balcony) is the docks of the Imperial Palace. It is where the Empress something-or-another would transfer from her Summar Palace, and back and forth.

that summer palace is awesome. It's like a palace, but so much more fun. It's got like a dozen levels and so many overlooks.

^---this is from far away, and you can't really tell but each wing of it is like an intricate bundle of temples on its own. I was there for like 3 hours and I only got to explore half of it.

It is a man made lake by the way. It was a bitch to walk around too. There is this one part in the front where there is no guard rail and i almost fell in lol. Like 100 people started laughing at me cuz i was dancing in a sort of a way trying to keep balance. also the lake is only like 5-10 feet or something.
